Erbyn 1851, Cymru oedd y wlad ddiwydiannol gyntaf yn y byd — y wlad gyntaf lle'r oedd mwy o bobl yn gweithio mewn diwydiant nag mewn amaethyddiaeth. Tawddodd Abertawe un rhan o dair o gopr y byd. Cynhyrchodd Gogledd Cymru un rhan o dair o lechi to y byd. Pwerodd gwaith haearn Merthyr Ymerodraeth Prydain. Ni ddyfeisiodd y pelen fach, y gell tanwydd hydrogen, newid pecynnau ar gyfer y rhyngrwyd, a'r wyth awr o waith. Rhoddodd Cymru Viagra, radar, a'r busnes archeb drwy'r post cyntaf i'r byd. O ystyried y dreftadaeth honno, dylai Cymru fod ymhlith gwledydd cyfoethocaf y byd. Dydy hi ddim — eto. Mae Cymru Compass yma i helpu pob busnes Cymreig gael ei ddarganfod, oherwydd bod y bennod nesaf o arloesedd Cymreig yn dechrau gyda'r busnesau sydd gennym heddiw.
